Photos and AI generation parameters are collected only when you actively choose a photo or take a photo and start AI generation. Account information is collected only when you choose to sign in. Purchase information is received through Apple's StoreKit and App Store server-side transaction flow.

Community posts are collected only when you are signed in and actively publish an album photo or generated result to the community feed. Unpublished photos and generated results are not automatically made public.

Feature suggestions and feedback are collected only when you actively submit them in the app. Please do not include sensitive personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, or government IDs in feedback text.

3. Face Data / 面部数据

Face data collected: If a full photo actively captured or selected by the user contains a face, CyberCamera processes the visible facial image pixels contained in that photo. For transparency, this policy calls those visible pixels "face data." CyberCamera does not collect or create facial geometry, depth maps, facial landmarks, faceprints, face templates, vectors, embeddings, or other biometric identifiers, and does not use TrueDepth, ARKit, or facial-recognition technology.

Complete uses: Face data is used only to analyze the subject and scene in the submitted photo, preserve the person's recognizable appearance while applying the requested style, pose, expression, lighting, composition, and color treatment, generate and return the requested image, and troubleshoot that processing request. CyberCamera does not use face data to identify or verify a person, authenticate an account, match people across photos, track, profile, advertise, market, mine data, or train models.

完整用途：面部数据仅用于分析用户提交照片中的主体和场景，在改变用户选择的风格、姿势、表情、打光、构图和调色时保持人物的可识别外观，并生成、返回用户请求的图片以及排查该次处理错误。赛博相机不会将面部数据用于识别或验证个人身份、登录认证、跨图片匹配、追踪、画像、广告、营销、数据挖掘或模型训练。

Sharing and storage location: Only after explicit checkbox consent is the full source photo containing face data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS to CyberCamera's server hosted on Tencent Cloud in Singapore and then forwarded to the Lingya AI API processing environment. Lingya AI may use it only for the visual analysis and image generation requested by the user and must provide the same or equivalent protection. CyberCamera does not sell face data or share it with any other third party. Lingya AI receives no face template or biometric identifier because CyberCamera does not create one.

Retention: On CyberCamera's server, the source photo is stored only in a restricted generation-job record. It is removed from active job data immediately after generation completes or fails. For a delayed slow-queue task explicitly selected by the user, the source photo is retained only until processing and is automatically deleted within 7 days in all cases. Lingya AI may retain data transiently only as needed to complete the request and is required to delete it after completion, no later than 7 days. CyberCamera retains only the temporary result URL and non-image job status for up to 7 days.

Optional community publishing: If a user separately chooses to publish an album photo or generated result containing a face to the community feed, the entire image is stored as user-generated content on CyberCamera's Singapore server until the user deletes that post. Publishing is optional and separate from AI-generation consent. Deleting the post removes the image from public display and active storage.

User control: If the user does not consent, no source photo or face data is sent for AI generation. The user can stop future collection by not starting another generation, delete a community post in the app, or request deletion by emailing minecyber@126.com. We respond to deletion requests within 15 business days.

用户控制：如果用户不同意，不会发送任何源照片或面部数据用于 AI 生成。用户可通过不再发起生成来停止后续收集，可在 App 内删除作品，也可发送邮件至 minecyber@126.com 申请删除。我们会在 15 个工作日内回复删除请求。

4. Third-Party AI Data Sharing / 第三方 AI 数据共享

Before the first AI generation request for the current disclosure version, CyberCamera displays an AI data permission screen in the app and requires explicit checkbox consent. If you do not consent, CyberCamera will not send your photo, prompt, request parameters, account ID, or local identifier for AI generation.

在当前披露版本下首次发起 AI 生成请求前，赛博相机会在 App 内显示 AI 数据授权页面，并要求你明确勾选同意。如果你不同意，赛博相机不会发送你的照片、提示词、请求参数、账号 ID 或本机标识用于 AI 生成。

With your consent, the following data is sent to CyberCamera servers and then forwarded to Lingya AI, a third-party AI service provider: the selected or captured photo, selected style, generated prompt, required request parameters, and account ID or local random installation identifier.

经你同意后，以下数据会发送至 CyberCamera 服务器，并转发给第三方 AI 服务提供商 Lingya AI：你选择或拍摄的照片、所选风格、生成提示词、必要请求参数，以及账号 ID 或本机随机安装标识。

The data is used only for visual analysis, AI image generation, result delivery, acceleration-credit balance, queue management, purchase fulfillment, feature evaluation, security, and troubleshooting. CyberCamera confirms that Lingya AI is required to provide the same or equal protection for shared data and may use the shared data only to complete the AI processing requested by the user. CyberCamera does not use third-party advertising and does not track users across apps or websites.

5. User Choice / 用户选择

You can use camera, photo import, AI generation, and in-app purchases without registration. Registration is optional and is used for account management and cross-device acceleration-credit sync. If the shared data types, purposes, or third-party AI provider change, CyberCamera will request consent again before sending data for AI generation.

你无需注册即可使用相机、相册导入、AI 生成和内购。注册是可选的，仅用于账号管理和跨设备加速次数同步。如果共享数据类型、用途或第三方 AI 服务提供商发生变化，赛博相机会在再次发送数据用于 AI 生成前重新请求你的授权。

6. Community Safety / 社区安全

For community features, CyberCamera provides text filtering, user reporting, user blocking, and support contact. Reported or policy-violating content may be hidden, removed, or restricted. You may delete your own community posts in the app. Signed-in users may receive 1 free generation credit for each of their first 5 successful public community posts, subject to safety and anti-abuse limits.

对于作品流等社区功能，赛博相机提供文本过滤、用户举报、屏蔽用户和支持联系入口。被举报或违反规则的内容可能被隐藏、删除或限制展示。你可以在 App 内删除自己的公开作品。登录用户前 5 次成功发布公开作品可各获得 1 次免费生成次数，奖励受内容安全和防滥用规则约束。
